The alarm started going off on our septic system so I immediately called to have someone come out. Yes, it was after hours and yes it was a weekend and I was fully prepared to pay that after hour fee. I was not however prepared to pay a $500.00 bill for 1 hour of labor nor was I prepared to be billed for “their standard” 2 hour minimum labor rate. Apparently this should’ve been disclosed on the phone during the initial call and it was not. Had I known that, I would definitely had called another company. I called the office the next business morning and asked them to review the bill with me that I had already paid at the time the services were completed. She stated that the 2 hours of labor was charged correctly, that was standard/minimum and that I should’ve been told that on the phone before they came out and was not. I was also charged 2 hours of after hours call which she stated should’ve been 1 hour charged, she did refund me 1 hour at $100.00 however she noticed that I was not charged a trip charge so proceeded to subtract that from the $100.00 overpayment which left $74.xx to be refunded to me. A job that took 1 hour and their cost of a hose clamp to reattach the pump to the pipe well exceeded what I had expected to pay. Not to mention, he wanted to put a rubber boot on it but he didn’t have one on hand so I’m not convinced this hose clamp will be a very long fix before it breaks again. In the future, I will seek business elsewhere. If they would have been transparent up front, it would’ve been different. If they had approached me with a better resolution in the end, my rating and review would be different. I was severely overcharged and then to add another cost to my already paid bill, was another kick in the stomach. I felt they should’ve ate that cost since it wasn’t charged on my original invoice.

I've had Rich pump out my septic 3 times now and I continue to be impressed. He's very easy to work with and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I know how to care for my septic system. He added new screws to one of the caps, and a pull-wire to the filter to make it easier to get to. Highly recommended!

Great people to work with! They were able to line my sewer pipes instead of digging up my parking lot and ramp to replace the old split pipes. Armando and his men were awesome! Thanks Behle Inc!

I can't even begin to say how happy we are with the service we received this week. We needed the water line from where it connects to the city waterline and into our house replaced. The team worked hard and did a fantastic job after being thrown a curve ball. From beginning to end great service. Highly recommend Randy and the crew!!

I recently had my sewer pipes re-lined and I couldn't be happier! The finished product looks great! Very pleasant experience overall. Between Kelsey in the office, to Armando and the crew, to Steve performing the camera work, they all did a great job. The communication regarding timeline of work, billing, and completion of work was wonderful. I would highly recommend Behle Inc for any pipe re-lining!
