Worth the wait! Bea Day replaced our shower and were so incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. They gave us a very fair quote and were efficient and polite when it came time to do the actual work. We had to wait a few months until they could do the work, because they are so in demand, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend their team.

Did a great job of replacing my 40 year old boiler with a new high efficiency combi boiler/ hot water heater. Extremely clean & professional. Definitely will continue to call them!

When bea day replaced out garbage disposal the "plumber" dropped it on the new tile in our foyer and put a huge dent in it. bea day would never admit resposinility for it and their "plumber" ran off with some guy to be a storm chaser right after the job. Be careful in this town even though you hear an outfit's name a lot and they charge high prices. You'll get stuck with the same arrogance and unwillingness to admit mistakes that we did.

1st red flag: when I called to schedule they booked us 6 weeks out- even though I told them I was concerned about it. 2nd red flag: they never gave me an estimate for the work. I looked up the general cost for valve replacement and figured it would be under $500. NOPE. 3rd red flag: they called the week of the appointment and cancelled on us. We had to reschedule for the next week. 4th red flag: they were LATE. Like over an hour after they said that they would be at my house. No apologies, no reasons for why. I would have overlooked all of this, because they DID finally take care of the problem, IF I had gotten good customer service for the next stuff. 5th red flag: I tried to pay them when they were leaving my place. I was told no, I will get a receipt/invoice in the mail. Never got it. 6th red flag: they sent an email with the invoice to my partner and not me, saying we only had 1 week to pay it. The payment due date was on THANKSGIVING- on a holiday. Oh, and the invoice wasn't itemized. It was over $1,000. My partner requested an itemized receipt the second day after receiving the invoice. We didn't get an official itemized receipt. We were sent a list through email for costs. 7th red flag: we didn't pay during the holiday week because we wanted more answers and decided to wait until the following week to contact them. They sent us a new invoice on Dec 2nd with a late fee added AND said we no longer could have the warranty. My partner and I are extremely busy. I take care of many of my aging family and work and parent. So I didn't get to calling them until Dec 5th. All I requested was for the late fee to be removed and to keep the warranty. They will NOT budge. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN.
