Had a hot water issue at home on Monday, and I’m so glad to have been a subscriber with AHS (American Home Shield) since 2016 🔧🏠. Just a few hours after reporting it, I was contacted by Rimma from Alpha Plumbing LLC—she was very pleasant and helpful 😊📞. We scheduled an appointment, and today Simon arrived to fix the problem. He was calm, cool, and clearly knowledgeable 💡🧰. He identified the issue right away and explained everything thoroughly. Our water heater was leaking and our home warranty referred us to Alpha Plumbing for a replacement. They were amazing! George came out the following day, sent his report quickly, and less than 24 hrs later we were approved. There were some other things that needed to be replaced as well and George did a great job explaining it. He was out the next day to do the replacement and the job was done efficiently and our new water heater looks great! Thanks George!

Technician was friendly and very efficient. The removal of old part and installation of new part completed in roughly 15-20 min. Company staffing agent also called to follow up on service 10 min later. Great customer service and attention to detail. This was covered under home warranty. Arman was great, Very happy the work.
