I don’t know what happened to this place. It was a 5 star place 3 years ago when I had my A/C installed. They have then made it impossible to get any help. Eventually I connected with Tom and he was extremely helpful for a couple of years and would help and honor service agreements and I went through him instead of the company. I found out Tom has passed, RIP Tom! What the help is going on since they sold the company. I read someone else suggest a class action lawsuit against them and I would love to join!

I had them install a new pump on my heater and was charged $5000, I’m now being told there was no way possible that that was how much it cost. Then the next year they replaced my air condish for $5000, they installed the incorrect type of air condish that is not compatible with my air handler so it hasn’t worked well ever since. The year after that i had them come out to look at why the air condish wasn’t working and in July it took them abt 2 weeks to finally make it out because they kept missing appts. When i would call it sounded like they had a 12 yr old answering the phones and she would constantly say ‘they are on their way’ or ‘Randy’s going to call you in the next 10 minutes’ only to find out she was just saying that to get me off the phone. After i spoke to Randy he said he never told her he would call me and that he didn’t know he had an appt with me… so apart from just robbing people, they also don’t know how to answer phones or how to handle customer service. Now i am having to get a completely new air condish system and it’s going to cost me abt $10k AGAIN! But this time its with a reputable hvac company. This whole experience has been exhausting and so expensive. They honestly need to be charged with theft and fraud.

We called all purpose heating and air to diagnose a problem with our air conditioning system. They were very prompt and got us right on the schedule. After the technician showed my husband and I what was wrong and repair options, we decided to replace the our system. Great quality work and professionalism from start to finish! We highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I have had a very poor experience with All Purpose Heating and Air. I had a new AC unit installed at my home in 2019, they offered an extended 10 year warranty that included them providing air filters and coming to inspect my AC unit and furnace twice a year and draining my water heater at $500. They have not shown up once to the first appointment that i schedule and sometimes have missed the second. They have only provided a couple of air filters that they said they would. I was told i would get an email copy of the warranty agreement and i never received one. The technician today told me that he can't find my warranty agreement on file and he should be charging me for my inspection. I am concerned that they will not uphold their end of the bargain if their is an issue with my AC unit. Seems like their office is linked to two phone numbers and can never seem to get the correct company to talk about scheduling, At the time I had an issue with my AC unit that i really needed fixed quickly and this whole experience has left me feeling cheated.

Great at the installation part (still consistently late) but after that neigh onto useless. YoU MuST call two different numbers (one Heating & Air, other Plumbing) to get your twice annual "service" visits (took nearly 1.5 years to discover that there are two different numbers to call). Plumbing (once I called the right number) showed up to their appointment on time. FoRGgeT the Heating & Air side of the business! Consistently never shows to their appointments and you must call 1 to 2 more times before they finally will show. Wanna file a BBB complaint? They won't reply. Ask for one of the owner to call and talk to you....???? They wont bother with that either. I feel that I got great service for the installation portion, but dO NoT depend on them (at Least Heating & Air) side to honor their ten year commitment to service your equipment. Dealing with them has been a major pain.... so I would not recommend depend on lasting customer appreciation of them after installation. --------14 Jan 2025 Updating review to even less than one star if possible. After filing a BBB complaint we were contacted by the company. Were told by the "new manager" (Tom) everyone was fired and he was taking over and trying to build the business and reputation back up. He honored our ten year service (built into cost of new system we bought) checkup and came out (2023). Called in Aug 2024 and was informed by Tom... that he was no longer honoring the ten year service and would come out for $80 bucks. Highly suggested to not trust this company...
