I thought he did a great job replacing a part underneath my kitchen sink. But I'm really disappointed. After two weeks I had a big mess, water splashing into my cabinet. Found out that part was not properly installed and got overcharged for the service big time.

My 25 year old garbage disposal finally bit the dust. Clearly this was not an emergency. I called ADW on a Wed. afternoon and they set me up for an appointment for Fri. morning 2 days later - pretty quick response time for my situation. The scheduler told me to expect a call about 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive. At 8:30 Fri morning, the phone rang and it was Wes from ADW. He said he'd be here in 20 minutes. 18 minutes later, he was in the driveway, ready to work. He was polite and knowledgeable and clearly had experience in replacing garbage disposals. He checked to make sure our old disposal couldn't be repaired and then gave me a price quote to remove the old disposal and replace it with a new one. The price quote was VERY reasonable. He said he put a new disposal on his truck that morning just in case we might need it. He estimated the job would take an hour, and it did. Fast, efficient, qualified, polite, reliable and reasonably priced. Seriously, what more could you want?

We had a home inspection as we are in the process of selling our home and had some serious plumbing issues that needed to be fixed in a certain time frame.Terry is very professional! He was early coming out to give us a quote and right on time for the job. He goes through everything detailed and made sure I understood what our issues were and how he was going to fix it. I'm glad we got a second opinion, ADW saved us $1,100 and did the job in less time too! We couldn't be more pleased with the service. Terry also tells little funny family stories. Thank you so much!!!!

Had a wobbly toilet and gave ADW a call. They gave me a quote once they looked at the issue, which was replacing the flange. Once they got the flange off, they realized there was an additional issue (i trusted them because when we had replaced the toilet a year or so earlier, we noticed the issue they raised). They replaced the flange and fixed the underlying problem that was causing the flange to be so unstable. The toilet is now stable. They went with the original quote they gave me on the replacement of the flange, even though they did some extra work. There was also a year warranty on the repair, which is nice. Will give them a call again if I have any further plumbing issues.

Spent over $2000 to supposedly get all new pipe work done had to replace just about all of it within a year. I do not recommend, we even bought them lunch considering we new that they were having a hard time. If you can’t do the job right or just don’t want to fool with it, just don’t do at all and take people hard earn money. They was also recommended by another professional company because their workers were out due to Covid.
