Jimmy Anthony and his Assistant, Anthony performed a sewer drain and house trap cleaning. They were thoroughly professional and very efficient! Jimmy is technically very proficient and has great attention to detail. I was very impressed with how they did their work, and I would highly recommend them.

Needed a few small jobs done after moving into a new home. Had a great experience. Very professional and honest in their assessment and proposed fixes. Easy to schedule a service call on short notice. $98 for a service call I think is very reasonable compared to others, and it is applied to the total cost of repairs. Overall price for the job was right in the middle of the range I expected costs to be. Will look to them for future plumbing needs.

I am in awe and appalled by this sham of a business. They charged me for three visits and still left me with a broken shower. I never write reviews but this experience has been unbelievable. I called advanced rooter to fix a broken shower. After two visits and seemingly fixing the issue it broke again a week later. I had them come back out and was told there was a broken part they had to order. I never heard back from them so after 3 weeks I called them today to inquire what the delay was and the owner said it was a difficult part to find and that he has been looking for it. I quickly reached out to another plumber and he sent me a link to buy the part on Amazon. Clearly advanced rooter dropped the ball with no action plan or communication to fix my issue and charging me throughout the process.

We have hired ARP for our business several times and recently for our personal home. Each time we contact the office, Lydia or Linda cannot be more helpful and determined to assist us as quickly as possible. Each plumber they have sent from their crew have been professional, neat and great about communicating the issue, options and pricing before completing the work. After many years of unfortunate experiences with unreliable, unprofessional plumbers we are very happy to now have ARP as our preferred plumbing contractor. We have never had an issue with any of their work, but I am confident they would stand by it and make it right if we did.

I had a broken toilet that needed to be replaced and a few sinks that were clogged. I called their office and they had a tech out who was able to fix all of the issues the same day! Great, quick service!
