So thankful for these guys... In the process of getting a swimming pool installed the contractor broke a sewer pipe. Desperate and panicking I started calling various plumbers but none of them answered so I hung up. I decided to keep calling until someone actually answered... Well, the only one that answered was a + plumbing... The receptionist was on top of everything. She listened to My issue and then she passed the info on to the plumbers and to my surprise she called me right back to tell me that Zack would be on his way in the next 10 minutes. Wow!!! Not only did they physically answer the phone but they prioritized the repair and sent Zack right out. He assessed the damage and I was back up and running the very next day. Zack and Nico were extremely professional polite and great to deal with. It's just so important to give credit where credits do and these two guys and the woman that answered the phone deserve nothing but 10 stars... I will definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs.

Drew and Nico came out and hauled my old water heater away and installed a new one. Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond with explaining how to service and maintain my new water heater. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I recently contacted A+ for a plumbing emergency. Cindy, the young woman who answered the phone, quickly assured me that A+ could provide help right away. When I said that I also wanted to make a second appointment for another non-emergency, she told me that the team could handle both matters the same day as a single service call! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful ! We set a time for the service call, and Roberto arrived on schedule. He was courteous, efficient, and informative, answering my questions well. The emergency was resolved expediently! Later, Jordan joined Roberto and the two of them dealt with the water heater, which needed replacement. Both of these men were a perfect combination of professionalism, patience with my questions, knowledgeable about the options, and attentive to my concerns. I was able to see prices and choices with no high-pressure sales tactics. A+ Plumbing will always be my first call when a plumbing need arises. I strongly recommend this family-owned firm to anyone who needs reasonably priced, totally professional plumbing help!

Just had my old 40 gallon water heater replaced with a 50 gallon water heater. Done by A+ Plumbing Heating & Cooling. The 2 guys, Roberto & Arden did a great job and were very polite & respectful. Answered any questions I had and gave helpful service tips. Bought unit from Lowe’s in Goshen, IN. Was originally told this would be done yesterday. But no one made the promised pre-delivery phone call so I called at about 11:00 AM yesterday and was told I was scheduled for Tuesday (today). Not sure what the glitch was, but it did get done and was done by 2 very polite and professional guys.

A+ Does a very professional job every time I have them work on my plumbing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. I would also like to thank my plumber Roberto for doing a great job. :)
