My first plumbing company was a no show and I ended up hiring 9th Island Plumbing. I wish I had called them first. The solution they provided for my Pex issue was much better. Tobee was the technician and did a great job and was very professional. The owner, Will, also answered all my questions patiently and was great at communicating and providing me updates with a part we needed to get ordered. When the part came in early they were able to reschedule with me a day earlier. Much appreciated.

Always professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, kindhearted and reasonably affordable for the quality workmanship they deliver. So far they’ve installed our whole-house water purification system/water softener, not long after they installed our tankless water heater, our kitchen water system (Alkaline) and a they just replaced the sink fixtures in all our bathrooms. Highly recommend their services as we couldn’t be more pleased.

Will and his crew installed a whole house water filter and a RO under my sink. From the very 1st time I spoke to him till the installation, he was very responsive when I had questions.
