525 Plumbing & Electric Maintenance

Very professional & always proved me right the entire service as to why I hired 525. The plumber that was sent over was super communicative about how plumbing works around my home & did his job at the same time. I have multiple bathrooms(2.5) in my home and he worked every single one with care and even checked the basement for any damaging leaks. All is well now!!!

Will always recommend 525 for plumbing. Maintenance man was polite and always told me his following steps. Felt comfortable with leaving him alone and didn’t change up price after. Which is important!

They sent out a contractor who had no idea what he was talking about. I needed an electrician and this guy was not an electrician. He had no idea about the voltage in the building, the panel he didn’t recognize which is in mostly all apts in New York City. Just not knowledgeable about the area and how New York coops work. Also, why are they sending another company. It felt like they sent the contractor of another contractor. It’s a scam. They gave me no solution to our problem and charged $150. This guy was just a general contractor, the ones that you find anywhere, not an expert electrician.

Had a nasty leak coming from upstairs. 525 came to the call immediately! Serviced our bathroom leak and managed to stop it completely. When it comes to being professional, 525 is the way.
