24 Hour Flood Pros of Reno is a quality company! Dylan and Thomas were just at my house giving me an estimate and doing a section of cleaning of my ceiling. They put “booties” on their feet to guard my rugs. They were on time, polite and knowledgeable. I encourage you to choose them when you need work done!

We had a toilet bowl overflow on Christmas Day and flood half our house with sewage. 24 HR Flood Pros was not only the first company to answer the phone, but their response time would’ve been impressive on a regular day. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us “1st timers”filing a homeowners insurance claim. They did great work and were extremely respectful of our home. We were especially impressed with how quickly they were able to pack up the rooms that were flooded. The insurance company even complimented their work after the fact. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in need.

Dylan, Ken, and Thomas were just incredible. After my condo flooded, they came in everyday to check equipment and moved quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get me back into my home. I highly recommend this company!

Very quick and easy service from these guys . Had a floor leak that soaked most of the carpet and under the pad. Set up fans for all the carpet areas to dry and even under the crawl space where the leak was. Ken did an awesome job. Thanks !

I would recommend this company to anyone! They are so helpful, responsive and do an amazing job. We had a roof leaf, I called them and they were at my house tarping my roof and installing water mitigation equipment in the span of a few hours. They have been back to demo and clean up, and again were so respectful, clean and efficient.
