The team at Scott Hale is exceptional to work with. Tyler was the tech who replaced my A/C system. It was quick and easy! He worked with our baby gates and leveled the ground where the outside unit sits and made it so simple. We had a 22 year old system and he had things switched and running smooth he really went the extra mile!

We were expecting 3 days without water. They made sure it wasn’t that way! The Scott hale plumbers were quick, efficient, friendly, clean and courteous. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again for a long time but if we do we’ll call them again.

Michael went above and beyond! He came out to do a home inspection at no charge, and I was blown away by his professionalism and kindness. In the middle of the summer heat (and even as it started to rain!) he worked diligently outside checking our AC inside and out. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, and his attention to detail was incredible. I was so impressed that I asked for his card right away so I can be sure to request him again in the future. Truly outstanding service—I can’t recommend Michael enough!
